Japan Trip Day 1~

Day 1
-Osaka Jyo
-Umeda Shopping Centre?
-Roaming through the streets of Kyoto

Arrive at Kansai International Airport located in Kyoto at around 6am+ with a blur face due to the lack of sleep on the plane...*watched Transformers twice on it though that's why : D*...
After getting our lagguage we went to the train station which is linked with the airport to get our JR(Japan Railway)Pass which gives us 7 days of free usage of JR company trains, it cost around like which is SGD348 which is best to lose it XD, but we still need to buy another company's train ticket to Shin-Osaka the place where we are staying, while waiting for that i wanted to test the breeze over there, guess what it's more then a breeze it's like 3 big turbines blowing at your direction but only freaking cold XD that was a lot of fun you know!!!

Got our tickets and board the train*chu chu : D*, it was an hour ride so i just slept the way through, the seats on the trains have heater install underneath your seats cool eh...Arrived at Shin-Osaka Station, this area has a very relaxing feeling to it not much noise... We went to find our rooms but ended up walking in big rounds, so we decided to call the Hostel manager to find our rooms*use my phone to call : O *, so we arrived at our rooms that has, 2 bed rooms, 2 toilets with small size bathtubs =D, 1 square tv, 1 table and a build-in kitchen...you think that's big ? Noooo~ its very small...: D, i shared one room with my uncle and cousin and the other room was shared by my aunt and her daughter... After looking around for a few minutes we leave our things there and leave for the day...*nice key-chains they have on their keys Pokemon XD*

Went to the Shin-Osaka Station and took the train to Osaka this time to take a look at Osaka Castle, the walkway to the castle is beautified by the bright yellow and red maple trees so beautiful that when you walk a bit you need to take a picture of it... In a few minutes we arrived at the foot of the castle, the place was bustling with activities, like school bands and street performers... We bought some hot snacks Takoyaki(octopus ball) and Mochi(rice-cakes), then we head to a packed restaurant and i had Katsu curry rice(Pork Curry Rice)... After lunch we headed to the castle *what a tall building : D* actually we need to pay to get in but we were lucky because on 18 November it is Culture Day so we can go in for free ! You can go up by two methods the lift or stairs, the lift queue was very long so we headed for the stairs, MAN DID I ENJOY THAT!!! Tall Building and stairs LOL... Made it to the top and snap some pictures of the sceneries, inside the castle they showed the actual ancient war that happen at the castle... around 4pm+ which is already dusk so we left for Umeda Shopping Centre...

Nothing much at Umeda Shopping Centre so we just went to the top floor and ride the Ferris Wheel...A Ferris Wheel on top of a Shopping Centre? Nice~ My cart randomly stop at the top so i got the best view to take pictures...After all that we headed for the streets of Kyoto, saw this Crepe ice cream Trailer *Vintage Style* quite a long queue but still go for it...We bought Strawberry Cream, Banana Chocolate and Blueberry Mix... They all taste great, the texture of the of the fillings is just right not so sweet not to sour just right : D... explore till 6+pm so we had dinner at a restaurant famous for its Honey-Sesame-Chickens, ordered two plates of YakiSoba(Fried Soba) and one mixed soup i forgot whats in it, the food taste to great that i forgot to take pictures of it XD... luckily i mastered enough Japanese to get through ordering food...

After dinner we decided to explore a bit more, walk pass lots of Pachinko arcade so much gambling XD, saw a pet-store named わん!わん!ランド!(Wan!Wan!Land!) to what i can say you don't actually buy pets there you rent them odd eh? Boys if you keep your eyes wide enough you will notice a lot of those rental porno dvd/vcd chuck in the small ally ways of the streets, me and my uncle accidentally walked into one XD... I was like opps! and my uncle was like OPPS! We walk away retarded... Headed back about 9pm+...Watched a bit of television *by the way their commercials are hilarious*, ate instant noodles and went to sleep at around 1am+?

(F.Y.I) The Trains have Priority seats for the handicapped, elderly, pregnant ladies or ladies with babies...but WHO CARES!!!! XD , Not only i who did it but the Locals also do it XD...I just decide to follow them XD!!!
